SENIOR ATHLETIC BANNERS
Fully custom banner designs, consisting of 2-3 poses and built from your athlete’s portrait session, proofed and delivered on deadline.
Typical senior banner program includes:
Planning call to confirm requirements and provide a quote
Banner design selection from proven templates, or the option for a custom design
Flexible scheduling, including multi-day sessions for larger senior groups
Guided photo day with standard poses plus requested variations and props
Curated and retouched proof gallery (7–10 poses per athlete on custom backgrounds), with the option for parents or athletes to purchase additional poses
Athlete selects 1–3 poses for the final banner design, based on the banner style selected
Final banner proofs provided for review and approval before print
2’ x 3’ 15mil vinyl banners with optional grommets, quality-checked and delivered
Need to tailor it? Alternate sizes, materials, and add-ons are available (captain features, posters, social graphics, and more).

Typical T&I program includes:

Flexible scheduling for full-team coverage (single-day or multi-day options)
Guided photo day with a consistent flow for individual portraits plus requested variations
Individual portraits for every athlete with a clean, consistent look across the entire program
Composite team photo, no need for the full team to be present at once or stick around for the full shoot
Team proof gallery for parent ordering, with extra pose options on custom backgrounds when applicable
Pose selections and approvals are available for select feature images or add-ons when requested
Need to tailor it? Add-ons are available (senior spotlights, captain features, posters, social graphics, alternate formats, and more).
LEAGUE & CLUB PROGRAMS
A streamlined program for multi-team organizations with consistent results across every roster.
Typical league/club program includes:
Planning call to confirm league structure, team count, locations, schedule, and program details
League-wide schedule coordination across teams, including multi-day coverage and rain-date contingencies
Efficient photo-day workflow built for high volume (check-in, lineup flow, consistent look across all teams)
All standard offerings are custom composites (not basic on-field “stand on the grass” photos)
Individual portraits for every athlete, with pose variations based on the program selected
Composite team photos per team, no need for the full team to be present at once or stick around for the full shoot
Flexible scheduling to accommodate siblings across different teams when requested, so families can be photographed during the same time period
Parent ordering through individual, private athlete access (families only see their child’s images, not the full league)
Standard athlete offerings include a matte (large athlete pose with their team on the side) and an individual composite portrait
